We’re Doing This!

Group: Flavor, Thriving & Food Allergies

Living with a food allergy or multiple food allergies can feel overwhelming, isolating, and life-changing — especially when anxiety, fear around eating, or the grief of losing familiar routines begins to affect daily life.

Gluten Free, Dairy Free Peach Cobbler

This group will offer a safe, supportive space to connect with others who truly understand the emotional impact of living with food allergies. Intentionally scheduled during the lunch hour, this group creates space to meet and eat together on-line — allowing participants to talk about the foods you are enjoying, share experiences, and rebuild a sense of connection with both people and food.

Together, we will explore practical tools to manage anxiety, navigate social situations, build confidence around food choices, and process the emotions that can come with a new or ongoing diagnosis.

Through meaningful conversation, encouragement, and creative approaches, participants will be supported in shifting focus from limitation to possibility — rebuilding joy around meals and experiences. Living with food allergies can be a challenging journey. I’m here to help you navigate the emotional ups and downs and find joy in the foods you can safely enjoy.
