This allows for a more personalized, thoughtful, and supportive therapy experience centered around your unique needs and healing journey.
Understanding Your Out-of-Network Benefits
I am an out-of-network (OON) provider and do not bill insurance directly.
A monthly superbill is available upon request for clients seeking possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance company. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies based on your individual insurance plan and benefits.
If you choose not to submit a superbill for your out-of-network services, that is your choice. Some clients prefer this option because it allows them to receive mental health care without creating an insurance record of symptoms, diagnoses, or treatment history. This choice provides greater privacy, flexibility, and personal control over your care while still receiving specialized, individualized support.
I require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee.
I accept debit or credit cards at the time of your session through a secure payment system.
